All the shiny things!

There's a new store "in town" and I'm quite impressed and happy!

Hello to Studio Katia! they are based in Canada, they sell sequins, confetti, dies, seed beads and more!

I placed my first order with them, and went a little crazy.  Here's everything laid out, including a few little extras they sent! Now to work on my second order...

I labeled and put them in the Tiny Containers storage, and each pack fits perfectly in one small container. The daises were a bit of a tight fit, and the confetti may be able to fit 2 packs in one container. I found the confetti was hardest to put away, but I overcame this with a dryer sheet!  I cut a small strip off the dryer sheet and pouring the package over the rest of the sheet.

When the last of the confetti wouldn't come out I took the strip and placed it in the bag hall way and rubbed from the outside. This was enough to remove static and release almost all of the confetti.

One of the local stores also had a sale on, and I also went a little crazy. I have self-control issues with crafty sales.

I Bought some much needed blending foams, Tombow mono multi liquid glue, large jar of multi medium matte, pad of 6x6 Basic Grey paper, Lawn Fawn's Blissful Botanicals (which I now see is retired), a non-clogging top for my glossy accents, and a pack of the newer Tim Holtz Distress mini inks Kit 13 (Cracked Pistachio, Abandoned Coral, Mermaid Lagoon, Fossilized Amber). Can't wait to put these to use!

There was also a set from Scrapbooking Made Simple that I loved, and had to order the whole set... Serenity Collection.

Here's 2 of my fave's from the collection. Reflect, has the birds , water and reeds and Stillness, which cuts out a willow tree.

Time to get another tin for my distress inks, and more distress inks :)
